Our Delivery Options

Please note that you cannot amend an order online once it has been placed with us. Contact the Mala team on 01788 726235 if you need to amend or cancel your order.

  • We offer delivery to up to 91% of the UK. You should expect deliveries to arrive within 5-7 working days from the day you place your order.

    Orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the next working day.

    We deliver Monday - Saturday, between 7am and 7pm (subject to calendar availability).

    Delivery exclusions apply.

  • Simply place and pay for your order online, then when at checkout choose to collect from our Rugby showroom to pick up your order from. There is no charge for our Click & Collect service. You will be notified by email when your order has arrived and is ready for collection. We’ll hold it for 7 days – so there’s no need to rush.

  • Delivery is available to most mainland UK addresses.

    However, we are unable to deliver to all UK addresses.

    A member of our team will contact you once your order has been placed to confirm delivery details. If your postcode areas is one that we currently cannot deliver to, you will be notified at this time, and the options available to you will be discussed.

  • Deliveries will be made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and where reasonably possible, in line with your trading hours (where you have made us aware of the same).

    All products must be paid for in line with our agreed terms.

    Our team will make a pre-delivery call to you (on the number you have provided) on the day prior to delivery.

    Our driver will also make a pre-delivery call to you (on the number you have provided) on the day of delivery.

    Deliveries will be made by Mala Beds or an appointed fulfilment carrier/courier.

    For larger items, such as beds and bedroom furniture, deliveries made by partner carriers may require your assistance with offloading of products, depending on the weight of the items delivered.

    At the point of delivering products we will aim to place them in a safe and accessible location.

    Deliveries require a signature as acceptance of the accuracy and quality of the products delivered.

  • At the time of delivery, you must check all products for any sign of packaging or product damage and check the number of products delivered against the delivery note. You should report any damaged or missing products within 7 working days of delivery to our Customer Service Team on 01788 726235. In the case of items that are delivered with any damage or missing products, we will organise for the product to the replaced or fixed. Please contact us by email in the first instance and provide photographic evidence.

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, return requests must be completed by contacting the Mala Beds team directly. For details of how to get in touch, see contact us

    If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items unless the return is due to our error.

    The return of good stock no longer required will be subject to a £25 handling charge.

    We will reimburse all payments received from you, including original delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

    A return can be requested for any reason, including faulty products that do not operate in line with manufacturers guidelines in accordance with the sections below.

    The condition of the products must be confirmed at the point the return is requested.

  • Subject to the sections below, bathroom products that are returned as faulty will be inspected and a credit for the purchase price will only be issued, in part or full, following inspection and where we reasonably agree that the product is faulty.

    Products must be reported as faulty within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Please note that we will not be responsible for any faulty products that are not reported within this time.

    Once reported as faulty, you should not use or operate the products, to prevent further damage occurring to the products while in your possession.

  • Beds and bedroom furniture are subject to a minimum £65.00 delivery charge to UK addresses. For each additional item purchased, a further charge of £15.00 will be added to cover weight surcharges for shipping.

    For all other products, a delivery charge of £7.95 will be applied to your order at checkout.

    Please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery.
